Sitting Down Can Be Hazardous

In the past couple of years, we have started to recognize just exactly how dangerous sitting for prolonged periods of time. Regardless of whether you work out sometime during every day, it can’t compensate the time that is spent sitting down, which should be avoided by using a standing desk.

Many people waste more than eight hours every day seated at work, watching television, or in their cars. They will then attempt and correct the affects of the time spent inactive by taking a trip to to the gym or maybe participating in some type of active hobby. While this has always been mistakenly believed to be the best way to stay in shape, recent research has indicated that it is not good enough to save you from risks like heart attacks and diabetes.
